Prices and Payments
All prices indicated for products available via the Site are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered and delivery charges as set out in the Delivery section of the Site.
The types of payments that we accept are debit cards and credit cards. Bank transfers can be made by contacting us first.
Payments are processed securely by Viva and Paypal. We do not keep any credit card details on file. We use a trusted 3rd party and are not able to access your card details.
Product descriptions
Shi Yan Yuan attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Shi Yan Yuan does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. If a product offered by Shi Yan Yuan is not as described, please return it in unused condition.
Limited availability and price
In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Shi Yan Yuan shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. Shi Yan Yuan shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled,Shi Yan Yuan shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Contract and Cancellation
You have the right to cancel an order before it is dispatched. This will not result in any charges being made. Any charges already made will be refunded in full. Cancellation after an order has been dispatched is subject to different terms. See under Refunds and Returns for full details on this
No contract will exist between Shi Yan Yuan and the customer until goods are dispatched. Acceptance will be deemed complete and effectively communicated at this time. A legally binding contract is created when the goods are dispatched. Ownership will pass when the goods are dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges Of Physical Goods
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and stand by the quality of our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase we will promptly issue a refund via your payment method or exchange an unsatisfactory product for another one. But we ask that you follow these few reasonable guidelines:
Products must have been purchased directly from Shi Yan Yuan. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets. Please return those to the store where purchased.
Products must be returned in a re-saleable condition within 30 days of order date. DVDs must be unopened and in their cellophane wrapper.
It is your responsibility to return the item/s to us. We also recommend sending items on a trackable service and obtaining a Certificate of Posting when you return the item.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
To arrange a return, simply email info@shaolin-shiyanyuan.com with your order number and full return instructions will be sent to you.
Digital Goods
Given the nature of downloadable digital items, we do not offer a refund.
